About the Role
This role is a permanent full-time role, and we are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about providing customers with an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities include
Assisting drive sales, profit and cost control to ensure the achievement of KPI’s
Foster a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experience
Providing inspirational leadership and training to develop the team to deliver exceptional results
Utilising your expertise in customer service and product knowledge to uplift store performance
Assisting the Store Manager with the development and implementation of strategies that maximise sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
3+ years of demonstrated retail management experience
Ability to drive KPI’s, ensure compliance and assist interpret/create reporting
Previous experience leading, coaching and developing team members for success
Exceptional organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated experience managing adherence to company policies and procedures
An approachable style and ability to deliver results
As we are a furniture business, it is imperative that you are physically fit and able to move furniture
