What is the Role?
As part of our growth journey, we’ve created a brand-new Regional Manager position to support our growing network of Victoria stores. This role will report into the Head of Store Operations and work alongside our existing Regional Manager - VIC and lead a portfolio of Victoria stores, working closely with store teams to drive commercial success, develop high performing teams and deliver an outstanding customer experience across the region.
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
Leading and coaching a team of passionate retail professionals
Driving sales performance and customer service excellence
Embedding operational consistency across your region
Supporting a people-first culture aligned to our core values

Key responsibilities
Driving store sales and profit outcomes, achieving and exceeding regional KPIs
Partnering with Store Managers and teams to improve performance through coaching, training and support
Champion a consistent and exceptional customer-first experience aligned to Early Settler’s service standards and benchmark
Managing regional expenses, inventory, stock loss, compliance, budget/costs and identify and implement strategies to meet & exceed targets
Leading store Visual Merchandising (VM) execution in line with brand expectations, company policy and direction
Lead and develop high performing teams including recruiting, retaining and developing top retail talent within your region
Contributing to strategy and continuous improvement across the national retail network
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and confident retail leader, with a passion for inspiring teams and delivering commercial results. You thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and can balance strategy with people leadership and on-the-ground impact.
You will bring:
Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership (ideally 5+ years, with 8+ stores)
A proven track record of driving sales growth and team engagement
Strong commercial and operational acumen, including P&L management
Demonstrated ability to develop people and build high-performing teams
A customer-centric mindset with an eye for continuous improvement
A can-do attitude, resilience and a confident, solutions-focused approach
A current driver’s license and flexibility to travel within Victoria
