Dynamic retail leadership position where, as our new Assistant Store Manager you'll be able to immerse yourself in our gorgeous products.
Your retail nous and leadership capability will be pivotal in supporting our Store Manager in ensuring the store delivers a superlative customer experience and provides that point of difference the Early Settler way #WeKeepItReal

Someone who can support the Store Manager to create a vibe of success and work with the store team to deliver exceptional results
Engage our customers and nail operational standards, systems, and processes.
Have a burning passion for selling, being 100% on the sales floor and love hitting sales targets out of the park.
Work with our customers to make their vision for their home a reality.
Savvy with the details and can provide styling solutions and recommendations.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and knows their way around a computer.
Has the know how to balance customer care and administrative duties.
