Job Description

What is the role?

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team who knows how to Keep It Real and committed to Adding Value and Making the customer journey Personal by creating an inspirational customer experience. We love what we do, and we are looking for people who share in our vision and goals.

This is a 12 Month Fixed term Contract starting mid September 2025.

Key Responsibilities

The role of a Marketing Coordinator at Early Settler is responsible for:

Campaigns 

  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns (brand, product, and promotional)
  • Manage POS production, ticketing, print matrix, and coordination with designers and printers
  • Deliver clear, engaging store communications for all campaign activity
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Retail, Product, Digital, Social, CRM, Web)

EDM Activity

  • Assist in developing and testing eDMs with Campaign and CRM teams
  • Ensure product selections are aligned with campaign goals

Local Store Marketing

  • Assist with store launches, events, and local marketing plans
  • Liaise with Centre Managers and Stores to plan and execute LAM
  • Coordinate collateral and event logistics for in-store promotions

Marketing Support

  • Track marketing budgets, estimates, and invoices
  • Monitor the Marketing Support inbox and assist with store queries
  • Assist with partnership and PR activities under manager guidance

Other

  • Be a product knowledge expert and be as keen as beans to live our values #WeKeepItReal, #WeAddValue, #WeMakeItPersonal, #WeAreExperts, #WeAreDistinctive
  • Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures
  • Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment advocating and ensuring OH&S principles are adhered to at all times!!

Desired Skills and Experience

What would make you stand out from the crowd:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects/tasks - Must be able to multi-task and manage deadlines and have a can-do attitude!
  • Experience in print/POS management would be preferred
  • Experience in briefing creative assets, such as eDM would be desirable
  • Experience preferably in a fast-paced retail environment 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including external suppliers
  • Superlative organisational and delegation skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and open communication
  • A work ethic that is uncompromised, commitment to adding value and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
