Job Description

What is the Role?

Are you a hands-on go-getter who loves being on the move and thrives in a team environment? This is your chance to play a vital role that keeps our store humming – from the shop floor to the back dock!

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Store Person to to become the behind-the-scenes hero of our retail team. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll support daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the back-of-store warehouse.

This role will be based at our NZ Clearance Outlet Store in Panmure. Auckland and is a part-time role, 3 days per week on a Friday-Sunday roster 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading of weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
  • Supporting Retail team on floor to drive sales whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting customers with order collections - making it a seamless experience
  • Supporting the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
  • Accurately receipting of goods into our operating system
  • Assembly of furniture with pride and attention to detail
  • Responsible for contributing to and upholding all OH&S requirements
  • Maintaining good housekeeping techniques and an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
  • To collaboratively work as part of a team, use your initiative, problem solve and handle a fast paced environment.

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting  warehousing and distribution.
  • Good Computer skills (email, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can-do attitude.
