Job Description

What is the Role?

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?

As an After Sales Service Advocate at Early Settler, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping customers with order fulfillment, product-quality concerns, and post-delivery queries. You’ll manage post-delivery queries, refunds, swaps, and cancellations, troubleshoot delivery issues, and collaborate with our logistics and store teams to ensure every customer leaves happy.

Success in this role is measured by timely resolutions, effective communication, and consistently high customer satisfaction.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service environment, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to manage customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and provide clear, practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain processes, outcomes and next steps clearly.
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to remain focused and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Committed to delivering great customer experiences.
