Job Description
What is the Role?
We are seeking a reliable and organised Retail Operations & Warehouse Coordinator (3IC) to support the daily operations of our Rutherford store.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on warehouse management, stock control and delivery coordination, while also supporting the sales team and assisting customers when required.
As the 3IC, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, while stepping up to support store leadership when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Control
Oversee day-to-day warehouse organisation and stock management
Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries
Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and system updates
Pick, pack and prepare orders for collection or dispatch
Ensure warehouse is safe, organised and efficient
Delivery & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate deliveries with freight providers and logistics partners
Schedule and prepare outbound deliveries
Manage customer collection orders and timelines
Communicate with customers and partners regarding order status
Resolve delivery or stock issues proactively
Customer Service & Sales Support
Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Assist with product enquiries and sales when required
Support the sales team during busy periods
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
Leadership & Store Support
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
Step into a leadership role when required
Assist team members with processes and day-to-day operations
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Desired Skills and Experience
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of operational and customer-facing work.
Ideally, you will bring:
Experience in retail, warehouse or stock control (preferred)
Strong organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience coordinating deliveries or logistics (advantageous)
Confident communication skills with customers and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Physical capability to lift and move stock
