What is required
At Early Settler, we are a passionate bunch who are all about keeping it real. If you are someone looking for an awesome team, working environment and opportunity, look no further.
Whilst we would love people to have experience as a Warehouse Assistant, we are keen to provide support to the right candidates and provide them with on-the-job training.
We currently have two casual roles available. Shifts may include weekdays and weekends to support peak period demands. Flexibility with working hours is essential.
Key areas of accountability of the role are:
Accurately preparing customer orders
Unloading and loading of trucks
Moving stock within the Warehouse in preparation for delivery/collection
Ability to prepare orders in line with set KPI’s
General Warehouse duties as and when required
Experience operating a walkie stacker would be favourably viewed
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll need to stand out from the crowd
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
Ability to complete the inherent physical requirements of the role including physical, manual handling of furniture
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Prior warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)
Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
